Summer barbecue season is already in full swing, and that means it’s time to enjoy all the tasty food that this time of year is so famous for. But watch out! Indulging in too many sweet and sticky treats can be bad for your teeth.  If you’ll be gathering around the grill this summer, don’t put your oral health at risk. Try these delicious foods that will leave you feeling satisfied without wreaking havoc on your smile!

Charcuterie Boards

Charcuterie boards have become a popular option in recent years because of their versatility and variety. You can load yours up full of a selection of cheeses, olives, nuts, fresh fruits, and dips like hummus or olive oil. These tooth-friendly foods are also great for your heart health, taste delicious, and will give you plenty of energy to socialize without experiencing a slump or crash.

Stuffed Mushrooms

Stuffed Mushrooms are a wonderful option for people who eat a softer diet. They are not only delicious, but they are also good for you. Mushrooms can be stuffed with a variety of fillings and don’t require utensils to eat, making them a perfect finger food for picnics and patio gatherings.

Garden Varieties

Don’t let those fresh veggies from your summer garden go to waste, either.
